A Journey Within| Sound Bath

Join us at dusk for a soul-soothing Sound Bath Journey designed to feel like a gentle vision quest — At this breathtaking space~

a sacred pause to listen inward, reconnect with your spirit, and simply be.

This is an outside event & camping & glamping is available from Airbnb & Harvest Host.

We’ll begin with gentle movement and light yoga to prepare the body for stillness, opening pathways for breath and energy to flow. Then, allow yourself to fully surrender in restorative savasana, cradled by the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and the sounds of nature.

We’ll close with a short guided meditation, supporting integration and peaceful reawakening.
